| As the sales representative office of B/S/H/ in yunnan province,yunnan sales office is facing severe challenges due to its wide geographical area,scattered customers,small scale and high operating costs.Through the research of domestic and foreign sales management,this paper establishes the research framework for enterprises.By means of macro environment,the office of home appliance industry environment,the enterprise and sales management present situation analysis,pointed out that B/S/H/ sales management work efficiency is low,be located in yunnan do not have a unified goal,working environment,office development unsustainable negative problems,using the related theory put forward specific improvement scheme of office sales management and implementation of security measures.The improvement plan includes four aspects: planning and organization,operation and control,human resources and financial management.Through the unified goal and system construction,the office staff will be merged into a community of interests,the office will be transformed from administrative process to business responsibility,the regional sales business will be transformed from traditional store business to building materials project business,and the store retail will be transformed from single-category sales to comprehensive brand sales.The conclusion of this paper: the empirical study shows that the clear matching of responsibility,power and interest and the formation of a unified and effective sales organization and management model can significantly improve the sluggish status of the office and bring positive results,help the long-term stable development of the office,and have practical operational significance for the frontline sales enterprises. |
