Research On The Landscape Elements Of Jingxi Ancient Road From The Perspective Of Cultural Routes

The ancient road of Western Beijing runs through the western mountains of Beijing and the valley of the Yongding River.Since the ancient ancestors' "Mountains Passage",it has gone through thousands of years of storms and centuries of grinding,containing rich material and spiritual and cultural connotations.With the gradual disappearance of traffic functions,the value of ancient roads lies more in the continuation and development of landscape and cultural values,thus promoting the development of regional tourism and other industries,and strengthening the relevance of landscape and culture between Beijing and its surrounding areas.From the perspective of cultural routes,on the basis of a large number of fieldwork and literature studies,this study makes a detailed analysis of the regional distribution of the ancient road system,road landscape elements,landscape connotation and characteristics,and further excavates the landscape value of the ancient road.First of all,combing the history of the formation and development of the Jingxi ancient road,according to the existing literature and field investigation,collate and analyze the characteristics of the cultural line of the Jingxi ancient road,lay the foundation for the study of the landscape value of the Jingxi ancient road.Secondly,based on the defining elements of the cultural line,the elements of the ancient road in Western Beijing are divided into the main landscape elements of the ancient road,the landscape elements of ancillary facilities related to the function,the landscape elements of the natural environment of the ancient road and the elements of humanistic landscape which witness the exchange and dialogue.The inherent characteristics and significance of the landscape elements of the ancient road are analyzed in depth.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the landscape connotation and characteristics of the ancient road in Western Beijing,summarizes the comprehensive value of the ancient road landscape,and discusses the significance of the ancient road as a cultural line to the culture of the surrounding areas and its role in the development of regional tourism.
