The dam safety problem runs through the entire concrete dam life cycle and is a highly valued issue for all parties involved in concrete dam construction.In particular,the operation period occupies most of the dam life cycle,so it needs to be focused.Safety information mainly includes monitoring instrument information,monitoring data,inspection information and instrument dam maintenance information.Due to the large amount of safety information,how to effectively manage safety data,and how to conduct multi-level and comprehensive evaluation of concrete dam is a problem that must be solved in concrete dam safety information management.This article introduces the concept of BIM into security information management.Through the analysis of the system requirements,the solution to the key problems of the platform construction was proposed.At the same time,according to the relevant safety operation management specifications,a safety analysis and evaluation method based on measured data is proposed.Data processing and analysis to achieve automatic warning of concrete dam safety and analysis and evaluation of concrete dam safety.Finally,the safety information management platform for the concrete dam operation period was developed,and the effective management of a large amount of safety information was realized.The specific research work was summarized as follows:(1)The application of BIM in dam safety information management is studied.Firstly,it introduces the content and existing problems of traditional operation management.Secondly,it analyzes the functions and specific applications that BIM can realize in the operation safety information management.Finally,it illustrates the advantages of BIM in the safety information management of concrete dams during operation.The use of BIM mainly solves problems such as data flow,security visualization and process management.(2)The key technologies and implementation methods of platform construction under B/S architecture are studied.The construction method of BIM visualization platform based on WebGL is studied from the aspects of model format conversion,model rendering and model interaction.By studying WebSocket real-time communication technology,Python is used to realize the interaction of front and back data,which solves the problem of real-time data transmission and improves data transmission and interaction efficiency.By researching mobile-related development technologies,the WeChat enterprise interface is used to realize the development of mobile functions,realizing the management of daily business processes and querying related equipment.(3)A safety analysis and evaluation method based on measured safety information is proposed,and the control flow and specific data processing ideas are expounded.Firstly,the real-time alarm implementation method is analyzed,including the data processing method and the establishment of the security warning level.Secondly,the data is processed and analyzed on the basis of early warning.Finally,according to the fuzzy mathematics theory,the safety evaluation of concrete dams at different levels is realized,and the assistant management personnel can comprehensively evaluate the safety of concrete dams.(4)Based on the Three.js framework,the model application was added to the management platform to realize the development of the runtime security information management platform under the B/S architecture.
