In order to solve this problem, new effective technologies such as evaluating methods should be studied. And in this thesis, how to evaluate the information security management in warship equipments has been many-sidedly researched. The present situation of information security management of warship equipments was analyzed firstly from their specific characteristics, and it was the basis of following researches. Then the major work of this thesis were researched, and they were including four parts:(1) determining the aim of information security management of warship equipments and clarifying the relationship of all their aspects in terms of theory and technology of management;(2) analyzing the structure of index system of comprehensive evaluation and defining the meaning and classification of every index;(3) ascertaining the weight of every index using Delphi technique and AHP, and evaluating interrelation with gray-theory;(4) implementing a comprehensive evaluation system, making a typical case analysis and advancing countermeasure in terms of technology, supervision. The result of this thesis will be a better solution for the evaluation of information security management in warship equipments. The index system, the evaluating method and the particular management countermeasure, with clear new ideas and aiming at navy, will play normalizing and guiding role on information security management in warship equipments. At the same time, they will help checking the risks and making less or no loss, and serve as one more significant safeguard of navy informational construction.
