Spherical screen point target simulation system is a kind of computer-controlled hardware-in-the-loop simulation system,which is often used to test the targeting performance of military weapons.This system can generate point target by laser beam projection.Then,real-time control of a two-axis simulation turntable with a planar mirror is carried out to change the direction of the projected beam,so as to control the movement of the point target on the spherical screen.In order to improve the position accuracy of moving target points in simulation,it is necessary to synchronize the controlled devices in the system,and reduce the controlling clock error.According to the requirement for the performance evaluating of military weapons and the workflow of equipment in the point target simulation system of spherical screen,the real-time control system was designed.The main research work in this paper are as follows:1.According to the needs of the simulation system,hard real-time function of RTX64 real-time extension system was analyzed,and the timing accuracy test was completed.The structure of the modular upper and lower real-time control software was designed which works in the Windows7+RTX64 real-time extended environment,and the development and debugging of control software were completed.2.The control signal interface for each device in the simulation system was designed.According to the requirement of controlling signals of hardware devices in the loop of the simulation system,the corresponding boards and interfaces used for signal processing were designed.The required electric and control signal circuit were built to realize the control functions of hardware devices.3.Control network of the simulation system was completed,and the network protocol was developed.Local area networks of CAN and Ethernet were built.Then,corresponding communication control networks protocol was written,and a unified analytical format of control parameters was designed.4.Debugging and experiment scheme for the whole system was designed.The debugging and experiment were completed under the actual working environment.The results show that the laser target generation effect and the position accuracy of the target point motion control meet the requirements of the simulation system.
