With the increase of automobile speed, the safety performance of brakingsystem is becoming more and more important. Based on preventing the wheels fromlocking up, anti-lock braking system (ABS) can improve the stability andcontrollability of vehicle, and the braking distance can be shorted at the same time.The effective method of ABS research is the road experiment. But its high cost andhigh risk, so the reaserch of ABS real-time simulation platform is particularlyimportant.Based on a lot of domestic and overseas technical literature and research statusof ABS experimental platform, three kinds of typical characteristic of the real timesystem are sketched in this dissertation. From two aspects of the hardware andsoftware, real-time simulation experimental platform is built step by step. xPC Targetis used as the experimental platform of real-time system and the driver of xPC Targetof data acquisition card PCI-1710is developed. Taking solenoid valve and pressuretransmitter as external hardware device, external device is connected with real-timesystem by signal processing system. Through analysing the brake force duringvehicle braking, simulation models of single wheel, tyre and other modules are builtin Matlab/Simulink. According to the principle of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC), the active disturbance rejection controller is designed by S function of Cformat. Real-time simulation experiments have been conducted for ABS in differentroads. The results show that the braking performance is more stable with the ADRCused; braking time and braking distance are reduced.Finally, the real-time simulations experiment is achieved based on the wholeexperiment platform. The results of experiment show that ADRC is feasibility andsuperiority. |
