Study On The Design Strategy Of Waterfront B&B From A Sustainable Perspective

With the advent of the tourism and holiday era,China's homestay industry has developed rapidly,and more and more different types of homestays with different themes and characteristics.Because of its harmonious integration with the natural water environment,Waterfront B&B is more and more popular with consumers,and it has become a hot spot of public interest in recent years by promoting local industry development and improving economic efficiency.The waterfront B&B in the Bohai Rim region benefited from the natural landscape advantages and relied on the cultural resources of Dali Ancient Town and Shuanglang Ancient Town to achieve rapid development.It has gradually become one of the typical representatives of China's waterfront B&B.However,with the rapid increase in the number of waterfront B&Bs along the Bohai Sea,a series of problems such as serious pollution of the seawater,unreasonable growth of the hotel products,and unreasonable architectural design have gradually emerged.On the one hand,waterfront B&B relies on the natural environment and on the other hand inevitably affects and destroys the environment.Therefore,taking a sustainable development path is an inevitable choice for the development of the current waterfront B&B.This paper takes the waterfront B&B in the Bohai Rim area as the research object,and studies the development and design of the waterfront B&B.Through field research,questionnaire survey and analysis,and non-structural interviews,the waterfront B&B in the Dali Bohai Sea area Analyze and summarize,combined with relevant theoretical and practical cases,the preliminary analysis of the design of waterfront homestay from a sustainable perspective.Part One,The first chapter of this article is the introduction.The research background,the purpose and significance of the research,and the scope of the research are expounded.At the same time,the relevant theoretical literature and practical cases at home and abroad are reviewed,and the research methods and research framework of this paper are determined.Part Two,This is the second,third and fourth chapters of this article.The second chapter is the basic research part of the article.Firstly,it sorts out the origin,classification and characteristics of the B&B.Then it expounds the development of the waterfront B&B in the Liaohai area of Dali,and re-examines the existing problems in its development from a sustainable perspective.And the constraints,and finally to study other related theories,as a supplement to the theoretical basis of the paper.The third chapter summarizes the design of the waterfront B&B from a sustainable perspective through the secondary combing of related literatures,the analysis of the specific practices of several waterfront B&B cases,and the combination of theoretical research and practical practices.The fourth chapter is the field research and analysis.The field research mainly includes the aspects of product positioning,architectural design,local ecological technology application and sustainable facilities and equipment in Binshui B&B.In the research process,the questionnaire survey method is adopted.The site complements other aspects of the waterfront homestay design for a more comprehensive understanding.Part There,That is,the fifth chapter of this paper is the proposal of design strategy.Based on the previous work,this paper proposes a design strategy for the waterfront B&B from a sustainable perspective,including the integrated integration of the site environment,the continuous deepening of the architectural design,the reference of the ecological technology and the support and support strategy of the equipment and facilities.
