The Visual Landscape Quality Evaluation Of The Town In Zhouzhi Section Of The Piedmont Of North Qinling Mountains

In this paper,the town in Zhouzhi section of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains refers to this designated town located in the jurisdiction area of Zhouzhi section,which includes the town in the low mountains and hills and alluvial plain in the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains.The town in the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains often have abundant natural and human landscape resources.The continuous construction and development and lack of awareness of visual landscape protection have caused the “landscape painting scroll” of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains is destroyed by unharmonious tourist facilities,buildings and structures.The natural landscape is subject to severe visual pollution.The visual landscape quality evaluation provides a basis for solving the problem of visual landscape pollution,supplements the lack of visual landscape environmental protection in traditional urban and rural planning,promotes comprehensive decision in urban construction planning,and is conducive to maximizing the promotion and protection of the visual landscape environment.This paper summarizes the research on visual landscape at home and abroad,and combines the spot investigation,starting from the coordination of visual landscape protection needs and the town development and construction at the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains,this paper evaluates the visual landscape quality of Mazhao town area from the perspective of the visual landscape quality evaluation,and finally puts forward suggestions and strategies for the visual landscape quality optimization of Mazhao town area.The main contents of this paper consists of four parts.Firstly,through the summary of the visual landscape related concepts and related theories,the tools and usage procedures selected for the visual landscape quality evaluation are clarified,and the analytical framework of this research is determined.Secondly,it sorts out the general situation of the visual landscape environment of Mazhao town area from Zhouzhi section of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains,divides the visual landscape of Mazhao town area into "points,lines and surfaces" according to the landscape form,and puts forward the visual landscape quality evaluation system.Thirdly,it evaluates the visual landscape quality of Mazhao town area,and analyses the key landscape characteristic factors that affect the visual landscape quality under various forms.Finally,it combines the evaluation results and the relevant regulations and acts concerning of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains to propose targeted visual landscape optimization strategies for Mazhao town area.This paper combines the optimization strategies to build a management and control system of the visual landscape of the town along the mountain.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.Firstly,starting from the landscape environment characteristics of the town along the mountains,aiming at scientific and effective,it constructs the "point,line and surface" visual landscape quality evaluation system for the town along the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains.Secondly,taking Mazhao town area as an example to evaluate the visual landscape quality,it screens out 10 key landscape characteristic factors which affecting the visual landscape quality under various landscape forms in the region,such as line of sight accessibility and architectural color.Thirdly,according to the results of evaluation and the relevant regulations and acts concerning of the piedmont of north Qinling Mountains,22 suggestions and strategies for the optimization of visual landscape quality in Mazhao town area are put forward,such as building sub-control and rectification wires were pointed out.Fourthly,combining optimization strategies,it builds a management and control system from the space dimension and element level for the visual landscape of the town along the mountain.
