| With the building energy consumption in China’s rising year by year,it has become an important development trend in the construction industry.The selection of the initial design of the building design has a great impact on the energy consumption of the building.Therefore,it is necessary to quickly estimate the energy consumption of different schemes in the early stage of building design.Degree days are essentially the sum of temperature differences between reference temperature and outdoor air temperature,which can be used to describe building energy consumption.The determination of reference temperature is the key to calculate and use degree days.CIBSE 2006(UK)and ASHARAE(USA)standards introduced degree days and reference temperature.Among the existing codes and standards in China,the introduction of the concept and calculation method of degree days are relatively simple and has not yet formed a system,and the reference temperature has not been explained.Therefore,it is necessary to obtain the baseline temperature value based on the buildings of our country.This paper quotes and combs the calculation methods of heating degree days and heating reference temperature in Europe and America.According to the existing specifications of our country,the relevant parameters are determined.The calculation method has the advantages of accurate calculation,simple calculation and fast speed,comparing with the relevant calculation methods in China.Based on the statistics of residential buildings,the benchmark building models of multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings are obtained.The multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings in 211 cities and towns in severe cold and cold regions were calculated,and the heating reference temperature ranges of each climatic zones were obtained.There are some rules in the spatial distribution of reference temperature: the heating reference temperatures were higher in the cities around the junction of the cold zone and the hot summer and winter cold zone.In Qinghai-Tibet area,the heating reference temperature is lower.Comparing the influence of factors on the reference temperature,it is found that increasing the area ratio of south window to wall,reducing the area ratio of north window to wall,reducing the heat transfer coefficient of window and wall are beneficial to reducing the reference temperature of building.The influence of the area ratio of south window to wall is the greatest,while the area ratio of north window and wall is the smallest.Based on the benchmark temperature of heating,the research on its application mainly includes heating-degree-days and heating reference time.The median of DD(t)decreases gradually from severe cold area A to cold area B,and its fluctuation range also decreases gradually.With the warming of climate,DD(t)of residential buildings decreases gradually,while the values of DD(t)and HDD(18)of heating degree days decrease gradually in the Northeast,eastern Inner Mongolia and Qinghai-Tibet.The area is larger,but smaller in Shandong,Henan,Hebei,Shanxi,Shaanxi and so on.And the difference between the two degree-days in Qinghai Tibet is larger.Five-day moving average method is used to calculate the reference time of heating in cities and towns. |
