Study On Space Optimization Of Longchi Town And Village System Adapting To Modern Agricultural Production Mode

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the simultaneous promotion of the "four modernizations" in China,urban and rural social economy is undergoing a historic transformation.As a typical agricultural town in Pucheng County,Longchi Town is in the forefront of agricultural development in Pucheng County and even Guanzhong area.With the continuous advancement of agricultural modernization,the traditional agricultural production mode in Longchi Town is undergoing structural qualitative changes.The balance between the original town and village system space and agricultural production mode is broken.The traditional town and village system is passively adapting to this change,and even hinders the further development of modern agriculture.However,the existing principles and methods of town and village system planning have little to do with modern agricultural production.There is little cross-disciplinary study between urban and rural planning and Agronomy in the field of village and town planning.Although modern agriculture has been popularized in most agricultural townships,the corresponding technologies and methods have not been translated into planning space language.Urban and rural planning technicians do not understand the connotation and extension of modern agricultural production methods.Therefore,from the perspective of adapting to modern agricultural production mode,it is of practical and theoretical significance to explore the spatial optimization of Longchi Town and Village System.Firstly,on the basis of current investigation and research,the system space of Longchi town and village corresponds to its agricultural development status and trend one by one,and four inadaptable problems are obtained: the inadaptability between the scale of town and village and the level of modern agricultural productivity;the inadaptability between the functional structure of town and village and the layout of modern agricultural industry;the inadaptability between public service facilities of town and village and the service system of modern agricultural socialization.The problem of inadaptability;the problem of inadaptability between the road traffic network of towns and villages and the modern agricultural infrastructure.Secondly,the mechanism of agricultural production mode and the space of townvillage system is sorted out,and the conclusion is drawn that the level of agricultural productivity affects the scale of town-village hierarchy,the layout of agricultural industry affects the functional structure of town-village,the social service system affects the allocation of public service facilities,and the agricultural infrastructure affects the road traffic network of town-village.This paper analyses the inadaptability between the present town-village space and the modern agricultural production mode,constructs the modern agricultural production mode of Longchi Town on the basis of the present agricultural distribution,and puts forward the requirements of the modern agricultural production mode for the space of the town-village system.Then,according to the mechanism between modern agricultural production mode and town-village system space,the adjustment strategy of Longchi town-village system space is obtained: Longchi town-village level should be adjusted to "town-new rural community" two-level structure;the land use scale of towns and villages should be redefined according to the radius of cultivation time;the population size of towns and villages should be estimated according to the algorithm of industrial population measurement;The functions of towns and villages should be changed from administrative management to public service,and the functions of villages should include transportation and other related functions besides basic production functions.The allocation of public service facilities in towns and villages should focus on the allocation of productive service facilities,and form a three-dimensional system relationship from government agencies to village collectives.Productive roads are integrated into the road system.Productive road grid bureaus are formulated in the production space of towns according to the planting requirements of facility agriculture.Finally,the system space of Longchi Town is optimized by using the method of "village development potential evaluation + ArcGIS location-allocation model".After several simulation zoning,the zoning structure of "one Central Community + four general communities" is screened out,and then productive public service facilities and active public service facilities are allocated according to specific strategy requirements.
