With the increase of the running speed of high-speed trains,the problem of coupled vibration of the pantograph and catenary has attracted much attention.During the train travel,the pantograph-catenary resonance is one of the main reasons for the increase of the amplitude of the pantograph and the catenary,which may cause pantographcatenary offline,the flow quality to be reduced,and even the pantograph and the catenary to be damaged.Therefore,the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the pantograph is crucial for the optimization design of the electrified railway in the future.Taking the DSA380 high-speed pantograph as the research object,the finite element simulation analysis and vibration characteristics experiments of the natural vibration characteristics are carried out,and the natural vibration characteristics of the whole pantograph and the head-frame substructure are obtained.The main research contents include:(1)Finite element simulation of high-speed pantograph vibration characteristics.Based on the Abaqus finite element simulation platform,a simplified analysis model of the DSA380 pantograph vibration characteristics is established.The vibration characteristics of pantograph head,frame and the whole pantograph are analyzed.The effects of simplified connection form(fixed model,hinge model and hinge-spring model)and mass compensation on the natural frequency and mode shape of the pantograph are studied.The results show that the simplified connection and quality compensation of different components have a significant impact on the vibration characteristics of the pantograph.The results show that the vibration characteristics of the pantograph head reflect the low-frequency rigid body vibration and high-frequency flexible bending vibration;the pantograph frame mainly reflects the flexible bending vibration except for the lifting bow movement;the different component connection simplification and mass compensation have the vibration characteristics of the pantograph Significant impact.(2)Experimental test of vibration characteristics of high-speed pantograph.Under the conditions of five experimental conditions,the vibration mode experiments of the pantograph head and the frame are carried out,and the effects of the pantograph height and boundary conditions on the vibration characteristics of the pantograph were analyzed.The results show that the influence of the height of the pantograph on the vibration characteristics of the pantograph head can be neglected.The boundary condition has a great influence on the vibration of the rigid body of the pantograph head at low frequency.The height of the pantograph and the boundary conditions mainly affect the vibration characteristics of the low frequency range below 30 Hz of the frame;the influence of vibration characteristics in the high frequency band can be negligible above 30 Hz;under different boundary constraints,the degree of impact of the pantograph height on the vibration characteristics of the frame is different.(3)Optimization design of key components of pantograph based on vibration characteristics analysis.The key components of the pantograph are regarded as beam structures.The effects of cross-sectional shape,aspect ratio,aspect ratio and mass distribution on the natural vibration characteristics of the beam are studied.The results show that the effects of cross-section shape,aspect ratio,aspect ratio and mass distribution on the vibration characteristics of the beam structure are regular and can be used in the natural frequency design of key components of the pantograph.
