With the rapid development of the high-speed railway technology,modern high-speed railway is developing in the direction of speediness and stable.Higher requirements of getting electricity when electric locomotive is moving in high-speed are put forward.Pantograph as the medium of electricity energy translate from catenary to high-speed train,its structural stability and aerodynamic performance is directly concerned with the quality of pantograph-catenary current collection.Besides being simple to operate,lower cost and wide application,the FEM is widely used in engineering field also because it can accurately predict the technical performance of the product in the design phase.Simplification of small parts and auxiliary parts of the geometric model will make it different from the practical structure when the finite element model is established.Then the difference will cause the deviation of any analysis carried out by this model.So,obtain an accurate finite element model has become an important basis before perform FEM analysis.In this paper,DSA380 high-speed pantograph is taken as the research object which is widely adopted by the domestic high-speed train.First,modal analysis of pantograph in its normal working state was carried out by using FEM.Second,modal test of pantograph in the same state was carried out by using LMS Test.Lab system.Then,the accuracy of the finite element model can be validated by contrast of the modal analysis results and the modal test results.The aerodynamical analysis and strength calculation of the pantograph was made after obtained the accurate finite element model.Results prove:(1)Pantograph is a modal-intensive system,and it showed fairly strong low frequency characteristics.(2)Deviation between finite element calculation results and test results are all less than 8%,it is suggest that the pantograph finite element model is accurate and reliable,and it can be used to make aerodynamical analysis and strength calculation.(3)The windward side of slides and chassis suffering larger resistance,and the aerodynamic force of every part has a big increase when pantograph moving from 300km/h to 350km/h.(4)Every pantograph component meet strength design requirements,and has a larger allowance except the up frame.Results of this paper provided some reference worth for normal and stable operation,aerodynamic design and optimization of pantograph.
