It is designed several kinds of Hardware Model and Software Model to perform continuous heating by the hardware and software design in Electromagnetic heating induction cooker,which can solve the problems of inaccurate low power,intermittent heating,over-burned heat and overflow cooking.Camparing with the induction cooker,rice cooker,pressure cooker in the market,this research find a way to improve the competitiveness of the products with better user experience,higher safety and better quality.It is discuseed to implement several schemes in the following based on the design of indirect Heating with low power in this reaearch:Several solutions are put forward by analsising the Hardware module and Software module,which can be described in the detail with the characteristics of each model.The correspongding module is selected according to the requirements and characteristics in the practical application.A double coil resonant circuit is designed.It is add a small coil to change the the IH heat topology and the LC resonance parameters,which can protect the core component effectively with lower peak valtage of IGBT’s C pole and lower current.This design can prolong the service life of the IH cooker.A double coil resonant circuit of RCD(Resistor-Capacitor-Diode)is designed.It can protect the IGBT from the unsafe working state by absorbing the advanced energy so as to implement the continuous heat with low power,which must be met the temperature requirement of the component.A half-wave switching heating scheme with low power is designed.It can implement full-wave and half-wave switching to control the relay in the main ciecuit by the software.It can prevent the component from insufficient design margin so as to make the continuous heat in the low power,which can output the power from 100 W to 1800 W freely.This research is changed a little by optimizing and improving the exisiting scheme in the market. |
