This thesis is of the design of " Intelligent Induction Cooker with Wide Voltage " (Project No. 2003D10071), one of the projects in Science and Technique Plans of Ningbo City. Basing on the basic principle of electromagnetic induction heating, this thesis introduces the design and development of Induction Cooker, which mainly involves four aspects: hardware circuit design and the analysis of working principle , application of fuzzy control theory, swithching power supply design and software design.Hardware circuit includes the unit loop circuits such as main resonant circuit, IGBT trigger circuit, power control circuit, protective circuit, the auxiliary power supply and displaying circuit etc. The function that the induction cooker can realizes are mainly as follows: heat function, warm function, time function, no pan detecting and alarm function, which includes overheat alarm, overvoltage or under voltage alarm, fan failure alarm etc. The displaying interface has Digital Number Display Indicator and Vacuum Fluorescent Display. The use of MCU makes the induction cooker intelligence, which mainly offers good man-machine interface, power automatic control and temperature automatic control, time control as well as various automatic detections alarm etc. This system covers many fields such as power electronics, MCU system, induction heating, intelligence control etc. After many times' testing and running, the system runs steadily and reliably. |
