The research is aimed at finding a way to solve problems such as,electromagnetic interference,low reliability as well as poor inaccuracy temperature control that exist in the traditional induction cooker based on Indirect Heating.By improving the hardware and software design of the circuit board,the induction cooker will be will be safer,less in electromagnetic interference,higher in energy efficiency and more accurate in temperature control when compared with other induction cooker sold in the market.The main conclusions of this research includes the following aspects:This research improved the surge protection circuit,which ensures the main controller of the induction can received surge signal more quickly with higher accurate when the thunder or the abnormal performance of the power source occurring and push the induction cooker stop working immediately.This can prevent the induction cooker from destroy while working under thunder or abnormal performance of the power source.We designed a certain kind of EMC(Electro Magnetic Interference)circuit,which can reduce the electromagnetic interference produced by induction cooker to surrounding electrical network.In addition,it can also enhance the anti-interference ability of the induction cooker.This design offers the induction cooker a higher standard.We proposed an improved the pot-inspected algorithm and design a novel control program to increase the discrimination in pots with the combination of electric current and frequency pot-detecting method.This algorithm can detect most type of pots in the market accurately.What's more,in our program,the detect range becomes wider and the misjudgment ratio of pot-detecting by the induction cooker is also lowered.In order to obtain a peak voltage with small value and enhance the reliability of the induction cooker,we improved the chopper circuit technology and designed new chopper circuit algorithm and program.We adopted a new method which can calculate the pot temperature from technology of three-points measuring temperature.What's more,using this new method,we can design a new algorithm and program.This algorithm can calculate the temperature of the pot more accurately when the induction cooker working.Next,the signals of temperature feedback to the control system,so as to control steadily the temperature of pot.
