| As one of the key equipments for electric energy production,generator plays an indispensable role in the whole power system.The stable operation of generator and its auxiliary system is an important part of the whole power production process.With the continuous development of power supply construction and the emergence of new science and technology,the capacity of the generator is gradually improved.At present,the largest capacity of single generator in the world is Guangdong Taishan nuclear power generator manufactured by Dongfang Electric Machinery Co.Ltd and affiliated to China Guangzhou Nuclear Group Co.,Ltd.,which has reached 1750 MW.1000MW turbogenerator is the largest single-machine capacity of thermal power unit in China at present,which plays an important position and reachs about 1/3 in the electricity industry.Due to the large capacity of the unit,the load and stability of the power grid will be greatly affected once an accident occurs.If it leads to overload of other connecting lines,it may cause chain reaction and lead to disintegration of power grid.Therefore,it is very important to ensure the safe,stable and reliable operation of turbogenerator for the stability of power system.Taking the high shaft voltage of 1000 MW turbogenerator in a power plant as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and study on the mechanism and causes of the shaft voltage.The causes of the problem are found through on-site inspection,testing and disposal of the problem and corresponding measures are put forward so as to guarantee the safe,reliable and stable operation of generator.The main contents are summarized as follows.(1)The causes of shaft voltage are studied by classification.The principle,characteristics and generating conditions of various inducing factors of shaft voltage are analyzed.(2)The measuring principle and method of shaft voltage are studied,and the preventive measures of shaft voltage are studied from the aspects of design and manufacturing structure.(3)Taking the high shaft voltage of 1000 MW turbogenerator in a power plant as an example,analyze and discuss the possible causes of high shaft voltage comprehensively and carry out the investigation step by step,determine the main case and put forward corresponding improvement measures.(4)Study the application of on-line monitoring device for shaft voltage and shaft current,put forward the technical improvement measures to increase reliability and accuracy,and finally The long-distance diagnosis analysis of the shaft voltage and axis current and the future development trend are predicted.(5)Through the research of this paper,the effective methods to find out the cause of the high shaft voltage is put forward,and various measures can be taken to further control the operation status of the unit,which provides a strong guarantee for the safe,stable and reliable operation of the unit,and provides experience for the installation,operation and maintenance of the same type unit. |
