Track whose running condition directly decides the safety of railway transportation is an essential part of railway line.With the fast development of railway transportation,improvement on rail track detection is needed,especially for the detection precision and efficiency of high-speed railway.In China,manual work is used in most of the static detection ways with specific measurements.But the number of detection project is little,the efficiency low and labor intensity high.Dynamic detection ways,such as valuable high-speed detection trolley have not been put into use in track maintenance division.In order to meet the developing requirements of rail track detection,it is a tendency to employ the static detector which boosts features such as various parameters,high precision and low labor intensity.Traditional manual work can be replaced by it.This paper combined the requirements of rail track detection,overcame the existing shortcomings of detection trolley and worked out a new optical detection trolley which was powered by hand push,met the requirements of laser and structured light and could be suitable for daily detection of rail track.Compared with existing detectors,following the whole design requirements of optical trolley,the new trolley was changed the traditional T trolley into r trolley with three wheels.Real time geometric data of steel rails could be collected.A flexible adjustment structure was designed to solve the deviation when pushing the trolley to make sure the adequate perpendicularity between the steel rails and the train,and fit the change of rails distance.Self-directing of the trolley was achieved.Parameterized 3D model was constructed according to the detection requirements of optical measurements.And the spatial position was analyzed.When establishing the mechanical model,space force system was used,and stress condition of the rails had been studied.ADAMS had been employed to establish the virtual prototype.This paper fulfilled the simulated analysis of kinematics and kinetics and verified the rationality of the structure.After improving the whole design scheme,assembly diagram and parts were drawn.Physical prototype was produced.Several field tests show that the optical trolley reached the design requirements and achieved the expected goal.As one kind of track static testing equipments,the optical trolley features simple structure,small value and easy to transport.It meets the standards of the rail track.
