Research On Urban Spatial Form Optimization Strategy Based On Development Intensity Index Regulation

With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization in China,the loss of the old city's style,the imbalance of block scale,the lack of vitality in public space,the mixed texture of urban blocks,and the disorganized street interface,are common problems in the rapid development and construction of the city(or “in urban development and construction”).With the extensive development of urban double repairs,more and more attention has been paid to the structural optimization of the urban stock.Meanwhile,strict developmental control has been made for the incremental development to ensure the healthy and orderly development of urban spatial morphology.At the same time,the rational regulation of land development intensity index is also the focus of scholars.How to transform the current "negative control" into "positive guidance" which can optimize the urban spatial form is also the focus of this research.Therefore,through the analysis of the impact of land development intensity on urban spatial morphology,this paper deeply analyzes the regulation between single indicators and composite indicators,the correlation of urban spatial morphology and the impact analysis.Then based on the existing research,the paper puts forward the purpose of regulating and controlling the intensity of land development;grasping the key points,standards and principles of control;transforming "negative control" into “positive guidance” and other control strategies,to improve urban land use efficiency,shape a good living space and environment quality,and achieve sustainable urban development.
