Service Quality Management Research On Locomotive Distributed Power System Of G Company

The Distributed Power system is a locomotive control system applied to the Daqin Railway,a dedicated railway heavy-haul trunk of the national West-to-East coal transportation mission.It is a complex control system consisting of hardware and software.Its application has brought about substantial boost in the annual traffic volume of the Daqin Railway.At the same time,it has also experienced some quality problems,which have brought negative impacts on the operation of customers.The problems include products quality issue as well as issue from technical service management.The content of this paper is how to control the quality of distributed power system technical service project and explore the establishment of a quality management mechanism suitable for the project.According to the theoretical thinking of the quality trilogy,this paper firstly carries out the quality plan to determine the requirements and objectives of the distributed power system technical service project;then,allocate necessary resources for the project and set the quality assurance measures for the determined goals;then,in the implementation of the technical service project,apply various quality control tools for analysis to the issues encountered,find the causes for the issues,then develop improvement measures and implement them to control project quality.These measures are applied to ensure that the technical service quality of the locomotive distributed power system meets the customer’s requirements.The significance of this paper is to design the service quality management of Distributed Power system project,use quality control tools like fish-bone diagram and Pareto diagram to study and analyze the issues encountered like Brake Valve Cut-out,find out the root cause of the failure and develop a solution,so that the failure rate will controlled under the allowed limit,ensure the smooth execution of the project,fulfill the company’s commitment to product and service quality,to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
