Daqin Line 400 million tons of capacity expansion project is leap-forward development of landmark projects, model works of modernization of coal heavy-haul transport channel and expansion of existing lines of domestic heavy-haul railway in China. It is bound to increase the 20,000-ton train because of the increase in the total volume, which triggered more traffic safety issues. Therefore, on the basis of conclusion of heavy-haul transport security issues, analyzing the causes of accidents and putting forward improved measures on technological transformation of the equipment and management measures for potential safety problems is an important means to achieve smooth flow of heavy transport security on Daqin line.With the start of theoretical analysis of the heavy-haul transport security problems in common character, the interaction and destruction of heavy-haul trains and railroads is studied in this paper. Then, aim at the Daqin transport characters of heavy transport volume, high-density, high-speed, safety problems related to traction and braking, railroads, power supply are concluded from the perspective of the whole system.The paper focuses on the issues of cycle speed brake in long and steep ramp, the application of ECP technology to ensure synchronization of braking, as well as integrated maintenance system and skylight settings, which closely related to security of Daqin line, and put forward relevant proposals.
