With the steady progress of urban modernization,more and more large-scale and complex engineering construction projects have been built,and the high formwork support system has been more and more widely used.Because of the complex structure and high danger of high formwork,the collapse accidents of high formwork system occur frequently,causing a large number of casualties and serious economic losses.It is very important to analyze the causes of high formwork collapse accidents and put forward pre-control measures.In view of the above reasons,this paper studies from the following steps.Firstly,the application and research status of high formwork engineering at home and abroad are studied by literature review method.From four aspects: experimental study of formwork support system,design and calculation method of scaffolding,construction management technology,monitoring and monitoring technology,the current development status and main technologies of high formwork engineering in China are summarized.The technical and managerial difficulties are pointed out.It is considered that the design and calculation theory in the current code need to be improved urgently,and it is necessary to pass indoor and field tests.Secondly,through literature research and induction analysis of 25 typical cases,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of collapse accident of high formwork support system in construction process,and based on different stages of high formwork support project progress,the common causes of collapse of high formwork support are divided into: raw materials are not passed,standard design scheme is not perfect,construction pipe.There are four categories: non-standard management,serious absence of on-site monitoring and detection.The potential causes of collapse of high formwork are summarized and analyzed by case analysis and grounded theory.Sixteen potential causes of collapse of high formwork are obtained.The weight ranking of the causes of collapse accidents of high formwork is calculated by analytic hierarchy process,four key causes were found: technical personnel failed to pass the inspection and monitoring,supervision was not strict,design scheme was unreasonable,acceptance criteria were not clear or too low.Thirdly,according to the 16 potential causes of collapse of high formwork selected by AHP cause analysis,the BP neural network structure model of the high formwork project is constructed to judge the safety level of the high formwork project of a substation in Jiangyan.Pre-control measures are taken according to the potential causes of collapse of high formwork with larger weight in the analytic hierarchy process,and the safety evaluation of the high formwork project of a substation in Jiangyan after the pre-control measures are taken again to verify the effectiveness and reliability of cause analysis and pre-control measures.Then,preventive measures are put forward from four aspects: raw material control,standardized design scheme,construction management,on-site monitoring and testing.Finally,by studying the high formwork construction scheme of a 110 KV substation project in Jiangyan,based on the analysis of 16 possible causes of collapse of high formwork in AHP method,the common faults of high formwork system and the special safety quality problems that may occur in such projects are judged.At the same time,the trained BP neural network is used to pre-judge the safety of the high formwork support system of a substation in Jiangyan,and the corresponding renovation measures are put forward,and the security after renovation is simulated and evaluated.This research elaborates the research status,technical and management difficulties and construction technology of high formwork support system,establishes BP model based on 16 common causes of collapse of high formwork support in AHP method,popularizes the method of evaluating the safety of high formwork support project by BP model,and provides basis for the adoption of engineering improvement measures according to the ranking of causes weight in AHP method.According to this,it can provide reference for the construction of high formwork support system of similar projects in the future,it has certain practical application value.This paper has 9 figures,19 tables and 81 references.
