Abstract/Summary:
The fasten-type steel tubular supporting system has been widely used in the construction of various cast-in-place concrete structure of high clearance and large cross-section, because they are versatile, convenient and have high carrying capacity and good overall stiffness. However, the collapse accident of the high formwork supporting system happened frequently, which cost the construction industry and even the whole society enormous property and casualties, and threat the smoothly running of our construction engineering safety production. Therefore, the thesis studied the collapse prevention of the fasten-type steel tubular supporting system against the background of"Design Regulation for House Buildings to Resist Collapse".Based on the analysis of enormous collapse cases and reading of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the thesis first theoretically analyzed and concluded the collapse reasons, investigated the reasons of the collapse and systematically analyzed the reasons with AHP on the basis of the questionnaire data, identified the relative importance of degree and sort of various reasons, concluded the collapse mode of the fasten-type steel tubular high-supporting system into four types, which named instability of upright tube, damage of frame body, deformation of foundation and overlage lateral sway. After that, the thesis discussed the collapse-preventing theory of the fasten-type steel tubular supporting system based on the theory and design procedures to resist progressive collapse for building construction, and put forward design measures and safe control measures of construction to prevent the collapse of the fasten-type steel tubular supporting system. Finally, the paper came up with some supervision/management measures to prevent the collapse of the fasten-type steel tubular supporting system.
