With the development of economy,people are constantly pursuing large span andlarge space buildings, which make building’s structure complicated. In this station,high-formwork support system is widely used in construction. At present, China neitherhave perfect high-formwork support system design standards, nor have engineeringexperiences. High-formwork support system collapse accidents happen frequently andcause great losses. Thus, on the basis of site investigation and experimental study, thestability bearing capacity calculation,influencing factors and safety control methodswere studied combined with related specifications and model analysis. Based on BPneural network, building a risk prediction model for high-formwork support system riskmanagement. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, through field measurement and statistics, high-formwork support system’ssafety influencing factors are analyzed. The reasonable range and the set requirementswhat can make construction keep safe and convenient is introduced. They providereference for design and construction. The important order and impact significance offactors affecting the high-formwork support system’s stability bearing capacity arestudied through orthogonal test method in the paper. On the basis of the study, it issuggested that we should intensively control the two significant factors of step lengthand length of upright bars extruding from top.Secondly, through researching calculation theory and calculation model offormwork supports system, it is confirmed that using semi-rigid model and thecalculation theory of sway frame with semi-rigid connection theory to calculate thestability bearing capacity is reasonable. And the model is set up by making use of finite element analysis software. The calculation formula of the stability bearing capacityconsidering the height to width ratio of formwork support is proposed by analysing.Thirdly, combined with experimental study and related specifications, the indexfactors’ security level and computing method are given. Then15evaluating indicatorsare selected to establish a BP neural network model. The model use many index datawhich is collected by practical engineering, accident cases and field tests to study andforecast. Finally, the high-formwork support system construction risk prediction modelis established based on BP neural network.At last, a scheme of formwork support systerm’s safety risk managementconsidering its stress mechanism in construction is proposed through raw materialselection, arrangement and method for construction,construction quality, configurationmeasures, construction organization and management and informatization construction6aspects. Combined with the engineering practice, the fastener-style steel tubularhigh-formwork support system information construction scheme is put forward.Information tools are used to gather all kinds of information on construction. Accordingto the information, to take reasonable construction measures and control timely. Thepractice prove that this information construction scheme is feasible.
