| Chinese urban transportation is overwhelmed by traffic congestion,energy limitation and environment pollution.However,the solar mini vehicles is suitable for the connection of public transportation or daily short commute,as it could save the road resources and the energy of it is inexhaustible and non-polluting.Due to the characteristics of soft,lightness and flexible,the solar film could apply to the surface modeling of vehicles.Although it has made breakthroughs in conversion efficiency and low-light performance,it is still not massively popularized in the market.This paper is devoted to the systematically research in the design methods and principles of the mini vehicles with solar film.The research production could be used to guide the development of relevant products,improve the design additive value,and increase the development success rate.In the paper,it firstly defines the concept and technical background of research object,discusses the enormous space brought by the technological improvements for the design innovation,and sums up the main points of the related product design.Secondly,it discusses the methodologies of design,and solving the problems of discovering and satisfying the requirements by three aspects which are the thinking transformation based on modern design,the functional design based on the accurate market positioning,and the creation and following of the design thinking.Finally,it practically verifies the methods and the theoretical system by the design practice. |
