| With the worsening of environment,people’s demand for clean energy especialy solar energy increase.The solar battery power is a kind of environmental friendly source of clean energ.,In the past two decades,Copper indium gallium selenide(Cu(In,Ga)Se2,CIGS)solar cells has caused the attention of scientists as the most potential of he flexible CIGS solar cells.Polycrystalline CIGS thin film solar cell is becoming a hot topic ofthe thin film solar for its high power-weight ratio,flexible,light quality.But Polycrystalline don’t resistant high temperature,it is hard to prepare.Researches show that doping appropriate sodium in CIGS can improve the electrical properties of CIGS.will and itself does not contain sodium,studies have shown that appropriate sodium can improve the electrical properties of CIGS,because polycrystalline does not contain sodium,the CIGS absorbed layer need doping Na.The role of sodium is related to the Na doping method.This paper puts forward absorption layer is deposited by three-stage process at low temperature,and emphatically studied the two types ofdoping sodium methods,namely co-evaporation of Na F during the CIGS growth and Post deposition treatment of NaF.The CIGS absorbed layer is deposited by three-stage process at low temperature,the first method is Post deposition treatment of NaF,this paper research the effect of Se atmosphere,annealing and annealing temperature about CIGS It is found that Se atmosphere has no impact on the quality of Grain that has formed.Annealing must be conducted in Se atmosphere for annealing causing lacking of Se,and sodium diffusion into CIGS body needs energy which is provided by annealing,there is a certain range,low and too high will cause damage to the electrical properties.The second method is co-evaporation of NaF during the CIGS growth,namely doping sodium in the different stages of three-stage process,researches show that doping Na in the first or the second step,sodium hinder the diffusion between elements,lower the quality of crystal,passivation defects.No matter which stage doping sodium,it improve the electrical properties of thin films.Post deposition treatment of Na F and doping Na in the third step slow don’t change the crystal ofthe film,but two menths also improve the electrical properties,especially co-evaporation slowly of Na F in third step not only optimization of thin film surface,but also without annealing process and relatively simple process,so co-evaporation slowly of Na F in third step will be used in the large-scale industrialized production. |
