The Water Meter Verification Device Based On Mass Method And Master Meter Method

The original water meter verification device adopts volumetric method,and the water meter verification process needs manual operation.It takes a long time,has low efficiency and accuracy.The workload of water meter verification has increased in recent years,and the accuracy of verification is increased.In order to improve the automation and intelligence level of water meter verification device,this paper designs water meter verification device based on mass method and master meter method.The new water meter verification device improves the verification efficiency and accuracy,and automates the water meter verification by water meter verification management software.This paper studies the working principle of water meter verification device,and combines with the working needs,determine the overall design of verification device based on mass method and master meter method.According to the design scheme,this paper designs the hardware of water meter verification device,some important devices are selected.The design scheme of mass method control loop and master meter method control loop is determined,the flow regulation control system is determined as the control core of the verification device.Then the mathematical model of flow regulation control system is set up.The design of flow regulation PID control system was finished,and the parameters of the flow control system are set.The water meter verification device was tested.On this basis,the development of verification management software is completed.Data collection,flow regulation,automatic control of verification,data processing and record generation are realized by verification management software.Finally,according to the national verification regulations,the uncertainty of the designed water meter verification device is analyzed.The water meter verification device designed in this paper achieves the expected performance.The water meter verification device based on mass method and master meter method designed in this paper can switch between the two verification methods quickly.The device provides a steady flow,has a simple human-machine interface and high efficiency in the verification process.It can automatically calibrate cold water meter with flow range of(0.02~3.5)m~3/h and diameter of 15mm.By evaluating the uncertainty of the device,the water meter verification device meets the design requirements.The extended uncertainty of using mass method in water meter verification is 0.05%(k=2),and the extended uncertainty of using master meter method in water meter verification is 0.12%(k=2).
