The economical type elevator is a new type of elevator with low cost,mainly facing the development of affordable housing,reliable performance and comfortable ride feeling.Its structural design includes the layout design of the shaft,the structure design of the car frame,the structure design of the car wall,the structure design of the installation seat of the tractor and the tractor,and the structure design of the counterweight part.Structural design is an important part of the elevator design.Structural design determines the ride feeling and performance index of elevator.At present,some problems still exist in elevator structure design,leading to the design and development of new elevator products not able to meet the changing market demand in time.This paper takes the latest developed economical type elevator of S company as the object to carry out the following research work:(1)According to the technical characteristics of the products,the structural analysis and comparison are carried out to determine the design scheme.(2)Creo2.0 is used to parameterize the whole elevator components,which lays the foundation for parameterized design of the whole elevator components.(3)The finite element method is used to analyze the key components of elevator,including the car frame structure,the tractor base,and the heavy frame to verify the rationality of the structure.(4)The product test system is built in the test tower and the performance test of comfort and stability is completed.Compared with the mainstream products in the market,the product structure is proved to meet the overall performance requirements and be safe and reliable.The structural design method of the new economical elevator introduced in this paper provides a train of thought for the follow-up elevator development and has a certain reference value.
