After the 1980 s,the 3D printing industry has received extensive attention at home and abroad,and 3D printing technology has also been applied and develope d in many industries.We considered the characteristics and advantages of 3D printing technology,combined with the actual case of BMW’s application of 3D printing technology,portrayed the characteristics of 3D printing supply chain,and analyzed the channels that 3D printing technology affects the supply chain,that is,from the perspective of cost and demand.Based on this,a research model is established.We consider establishing two supply chain research models,one is a 3D printing two-level supply chain composed of technology vendors and manufacturers,and the other is a 3D printing dual-channel three-level supply chain composed of technology vendors,manufacturers and retailers.Among them,the technology provider is an independent decision maker in the supply chain,providing manufacturers with 3D printing technology and determining the level of customization of 3D printing products.Manufacturers use 3D printing technology in the manufacturing process.On the one hand,3D printing technology is used to produce a higher level of auxiliary production tools,which can help manufacturers reduce costs in the production process.On the other hand,3D printing technology can achieve more.Highly customized products will attract more personalized customers.We will study the decision-making problem of 3D printing two-level supply chain and dual-channel three-level supply chain from the perspective of 3D printing technology affecting demand and cost.By using the Stackelberg game theory,we obtain the equilibrium results of the model and perform equilibrium analysis and case analysis.Under the two-level supply chain of 3D printing,the main influences of supply chain dominance,customer customization sensitivity coefficient and cost saving coefficient on 3D printing supply chain decision and profit are analyzed.Under the 3D printing dual channel three-level supply chain,we mainly analyze Supply chain dominance,retail channel preference,customer customization sensitivity,and cost savings factors impact su pply chain decisions and profits.Some research results were obtained:(1)Customized sensitivity coefficient and cost saving coefficient are positively correlated with profits in 3D printing two-level supply chain members;customer-customized sensitivity coefficient and 3D printing dual-channel three-level supply chain members The profit of the technology provider is positively correlated,and the relationship with the profit of the manufacturer and the retailer depends on the specific situation.The cost-saving factor is positively correlated with the profit in the 3D printing dual-channel three-level supply chain members.(2)The cost-saving coefficient is positively correlated with the customization level of the 3D printing products in the technology-driven model,and has no relationship with the customization level of the 3D printing products in the manufacturer-led model.(3)The degree of retail channel preference has nothing to do with the level of customization of 3D printed products,and the profit of the technology provider will decrease as the preference of the retail channel increases.
