Although China's high-speed railways have developed rapidly in recent years,the development of large-scale and high-tech road maintenance machinery such as railway tamping vehicles has lagged behind.Railway tamping vehicle is a large-scale hydraulic machine.At present,the main models of railway tamping vehicles in China are almost all produced on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign technology.Due to the lack of independent design,development and maintenance methods,the railways in China In the actual service environment,various problems have arisen.This paper summarizes the development of railway tamping vehicles,summarizes the technical parameters and performance characteristics of mainstream tamping vehicles at home and abroad,and studies the design method of hydraulic locomotive driving system for railway tamping vehicles.The main contents are as follows:?1?The demand analysis and overall design method of the hydraulic drive function of the tamping vehicle are studied,including the overall design method of the system,engine selection and power matching with the hydraulic pump,and the specific design method of each circuit of the hydraulic drive.?2?The design method of the sturdy vehicle hydrostatic driving system is studied systematically:for the design requirements of the walking system,the overall design of the walking drive system is carried out,including the comparison of the walking transmission mode,the design of the driving mode,the design of the hydraulic circuit,the overall parameter design of the system,Selection of key components;Finally the calculation method of the driving force and driving resistance of the tamping vehicle in the low speed operation cycle and the high speed acceleration process is studied.?3?Taking the closed hydraulic traveling tamping vehicle as an example,the mathematical model and transfer function of the low-speed working cycle walking and high-speed driving system were established respectively.The simulation models of the two walking systems were established based on AMESim software.Stability and response analysis of hydraulic walking systems.The influence of the motor shaft equivalent moment of inertia Je?the total volume of the high pressure chamber V0 and the oil volume elastic modulus?e on the cycle precision of the tamping vehicle is studied,Simulation results show:By reducing the equivalent moment of inertia Je by lightweight design,reducing the total volume V0 of the pressure chamber by optimizing the design,and avoiding the reduction of the oil bulk modulus?e by preventing air from penetrating into the system,the operation cycle of the tamping vehicle can be effectively improved.Precision.The performance of the high-speed driving system under a certain parameter sequence is studied.The simulation results show that:The high-speed driving speed of the tamping car ranges from 35 to 100 Km/h,and the acceleration time at each speed also meets the design requirements for high-speed walking of the tamping vehicle.The research results of this paper have direct reference value for the design of hydraulic drive system for railway tamping vehicles in China,and have positive significance for promoting the independent design and development of railway tamping vehicles in China.
