This paper presents the software of gears accuracy assays design system.The software uses Windows 2000 as its O.S. and uses Microsoft's Access as itsbasic software. The tool of development is Visual Basic.The emulation programming software can be used to analysis the accuracy of big torque and high accuracy and big velocity ratio drive system.In this software, design diagram paper and relevant technique terms according to the organization, compute the partial position error margin its spare parts primitive error margin cause respectively first, then proceed the error margin synthesize, begging the total accuracy that organization may attain. This design inside, main spread to move wheel gear the theory analysis that move the accuracy, turbo pole a total accuracy for spreading moving, harmonic wheel gear spreading moving third part of organizations distinguishing proceeding error margin analyzing, finally at proceeding error margin synthesizing, begging organization output accuracy. The emulation programming software has the practical value in engineering, which provide ex- period technique support for the complex mechanically-drive automation design.This software makes use of the independent function in error margin principle conduct and actions theories foundation of the organization, passing VB and an information for communication, procedure according to customer inputting, proceed the judgment and reason logically, checking to seek can use the knowledge, and pass the window that VB establish interface and can see the result that turn.Because of utility, credibility, and operating facility, the software system is worth to extending.
