Research On Construction Of Soundscape In Traditional Academy Gardens

Traditional academy gardens,belonging to a branch of Chinese classical gardens,is one of the gardens with special functions.Its scope includes five main functions,namely sacrifice,lecturing,collection of books,living and rest,and includes the internal activity space with internal orientation and the garden-like environment around the academy.The construction of the landscape of the academy garden reflects the rich cultural deposits and the spiritual interest of scholar culture.In a large number of poems about the academy,a variety of sounds are often used to express the recitation of the environment and artistic conception of the academy,indicating that the ancients paid attention to the use of sound to create an environment.This paper takes the types of soundscape in the academy gardens as the entry point and probes into the construction of soundscape.In the first part of this paper,a large amount of data was collected through literature research,and the related concepts of the acoustic landscape of the academy gardens were sorted out.The definition scope,difference of similar concepts and classification of characteristics were analyzed and summarized in detail,providing theoretical support for the following part.In the second part,this paper analyzes the sound and landscape composition of the academy gardens.The historical soundscape of academy gardens are analyzed from the poetry related to academy gardens.Based on the field research,this paper summarizes the current types of soundscape composition of the academy gardens,namely natural soundscape,social soundscape,historical and humanistic soundscape,and analyzes the overall characteristics of the soundscape.In the third part,based on the types of academy garden soundscape composition,this paper analyzes its soundscape construction methods from the aspects of site and environment selection,soundscape subregion,internal sound environment construction and garden soundscape humanistic atmosphere building.Taking site environmentselection as the classification basis,this paper selects wansong academy,donglin academy and zhushan academy as the typical successful cases,and conducts an empirical analysis on the method of soundscape construction through field investigation.Finally,the main research results of this paper are summarized in order to provide some references for the future research and practice of soundscape construction in traditional academy gardens.
