High quality time and frequency system is the strategic resource,and realizing high precise remote time transfer is the foundation of the time and frequency transfer.The common view and two-way satellite time and frequency transfer is the two of the usual methods in time and frequency transfer.This paper bases on such two methods to research and uses the CV and TWSTFT experimental platform to analyze the experiment result.This paper researches the diurnal phenomenon in the TWSTFT and put forward a new method to correct the diurnal.This paper mainly works on following several aspects:1)The common view is important method to time and frequency transfer.This paper uses the common view experimental platform to study common view including common view?PPP common view and all in view transfer,and analyze the experiment result.The paper also analyzes and concludes there is no obvious diurnal phenomenon in the common view method.2)The two way satellite time and frequency transfer is the main way to calculate the UTC time,and is the most mature method of the time transfer.This paper uses the TWSTFT platform to process the experiment and analyzes the influence of the error resource on the result,and analyzes the diurnal phenomenon which affect the result of the TWSTFT most.3)Aiming at the diurnal phenomenon in the TWSTFT,the paper analyzes the resource of the diurnal and methods of the diurnal correction,meanwhile the paper takes experiment to verify these methods.The paper puts forward and verifies an algorithm based on the Vondrak-cepek algorithm,which can combine the TWSTFT and CV data to correct the diurnal.The method can reduce the diurnal by 90%,and compares with the traditional methods,the new one's experimental data is easy to obtain and correction effect is obvious.This paper is valuable to high precise satellite time and frequency transfer,and the result is beneficial to the construction of distributed time keeping project.
