With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the measuring requirement of high accuracy is increasingly obvious for Time which is the highest accuracy and the most widely used among the SI base units.The research on time-frequency remote calibration method provides new idea for the innovation of its traceability system.Considering the wide using of modern communication technology and Internet,the remote calibration method using GNSS as transponder could decline the calibration cost and achieve the function of real-time monitoring and dynamic management.This paper which taking GPS as an example is a research on remote calibration method through satellites common-view.The method is by the hardware and software.The hardware is composed of the time-keeping system,atomic frequency standard and satellite common-view receiver.The software is used to analyze the designated compiling data.Principle of the method is analysis of the data from the same satellite signal between reference lab and calibrated lab at the same period.Through the calibration comparison between single satellite and multiple satellites,the accuracy and reliability of remote calibration system could be verified.The remote calibration method changes the traditional face to face metrology.It could support online testing because it hasn’t the restriction of area.The remote calibration method will be widely used.Furthermore it provides theory base for the development of Coordinated Universal Time.
