The temporary installation of the casing for the construction of the platform,due to the larger volume of concrete casing,water blocking area,in the main channel position led to increased erosion.After the bottom of the box is broken and further detached from the river bed,the additional load is added to the pier,resulting in eccentricity of the pier.Under the action of the river,the casing is damaged and further subsided,skewed,and will be the safety of the direct bridge.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the carrying capacity of the railway pile bearing platform and put forward the corresponding reinforcement measures to ensure the normal use of the railway bridge in the design service life.On the basis of summarizing the current research results on the model of bearing capacity,carrying capacity evaluation and reinforcement of bridge structure,taking Zhongwei Yellow River Bridge as the engineering background,this paper evaluates the status of existing railway bridge,The reinforcement method and the carrying capacity after reinforcement are analyzed.The main contents are as follows:According to the structure and structure of the project,the vibration test of the bridge and the pier is carried out,and the maximum lateral amplitude and the maximum horizontal and vertical acceleration and the lateral amplitude of the pier are used to understand the bridge Structure of the working state.On the basis of this,the midas FEA finite element model is established and adjusted.According to the new and old regulations,the carrying capacity of the bearing platform is analyzed under different load combinations,and the bearing capacity of the railway pile is evaluated synthetically according to the relevant specification requirements TheThrough the analysis of bearing capacity of 15 # ~ 20 # bearing platform,the difference between the old and new norms on seismic fortification standards is compared.On the basis of summarizing the reinforcement method of the lower part of the bridge,combined with the actual construction characteristics of the bridge,the load capacity is not satisfied with the requirements of 16 #,17 # platform for reinforcement.The structural evaluation model of the reinforced 16 # and 17 # pile was reestablished to evaluate the reinforcement effect and the bearing capacity of the reinforced structure.
