With the rapid development of infrastructure construction,the large volume concrete equipment base is widely used in industrial buildings.During the construction period due to the characteristics of large volume concrete itself often cracks,which seriously affect the safety and durability of the structure;the temperature changes have a great influence on the concrete structure,so only grasp the change of equipment foundation in the construction process of the change of temperature field and temperature stress,can effectively prevent cracks finally,to ensure the durability of the structure.By combining the practical engineering of mass concrete base of cement plant,this paper has studied the internal temperature field of mass concrete from three aspects of theoretical research,field monitoring and numerical simulation,which is the foundation of the kiln pier,the special large volume concrete component composed of the wall of the kiln pier,the pier top plate and the equipment.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the engineering example,the temperature change of the foundation of the kiln pier is monitored in real time,and the change law of the internal temperature of the concrete is obtained,and the changes of the temperature of the concrete are analyzed.Some suggestions and solutions for the temperature control and anti cracking of the mass concrete are put forward.(2)According to the actual project,the foundation model of the kiln pier is established by MIDAS/ FEA2015.The internal temperature field of the whole kiln pier foundation under the action of the non cooling pipe and the cooling pipe is obtained by numerical simulation analysis,and then the correlation curve and distribution law of the temperature change are obtained.The results of the simulated calculation are compared with the measured results.The results show that the numerical simulation results of the temperature field under the action of the non cooling water pipe are in good agreement with the measured results,and the maximum difference between the calculated value and the monitoring value is 4degrees centigrade,and the error is about 5%.It is proved that the MIDAS/ FEA is correct for the calculation of the temperature field of the mass concrete.The center temperature of the roof under the action of the cooling water pipe is about 15 C lowerthan that of the uncooled pipe,which can reduce the internal and external temperature difference better and reduce the temperature crack.(3)By analyzing the temperature stress cloud map of the whole model and the change law of the stress of the test point,the results show that the stress value of the upper surface edge of the top plate of the kiln pier foundation and the outer surface of the wall near the top of the roof are more than 5 to 7 days in the initial cooling period of the kiln pier foundation,which can easily cause the crack.
