China's economy is developing rapidly,the quality of people's life has been significantly improved,the architectural form is also gradually changing,and the development of public buildings is faster and faster than before.With the rapid development of urbanization,the load of the power grid also increases,and there are peak hours and trough hours of urban electricity consumption,and the power load is huge during peak hours.In the field of HVAC,storage air conditioning is a good solution.It stores the cooling amount required by air conditioning during the low power consumption period and releases the cooling amount to air conditioning system during the peak time.Among them,water storage is widely used in engineering.In this paper,numerical simulation and experimental research methods are used to study the oblique temperature layer of the cold storage tank and the water distributor.(1)the high water tank diameter ratio on the thermocline,the Fluent software more groups of storage tank model is established,and numerical simulation,the study found that with the increase of high aspect ratio,the thickness of thermocline increased,and the volume of the thermocline,the volume of thermocline reduce with the increase of the high ratio of amplitude decreases,when the ratio high > 3,thermocline volume change volume is small;(2)The indicator of the degree of turbulence was proposed,and the influence of the degree of turbulence on the oblique temperature layer was studied by numerical simulation.Different models of the water distributor were established.The numerical simulation was carried out in the same tank under the same working condition;(3)for a water distribution device,under different working condition of section average flow velocity,respectively,and the interpretation of the cold storage process numerical simulation,through the simulation of the export section average flow velocity and scatter diagram and cloud analysis device inside the water velocity of flow,found the cloth of water shortage,in view of the water distribution device is optimized,the optimized water in water distribution device significantly reduce turbulence degrees,the flow velocity distribution in the cabinet is more even,cold water storage volume of thermocline is obviously reduced;(4)based on the optimized water distribution device size to make the product model,and set up water storage experiment platform,cool storage and release of cold experiment,verify the results of numerical simulation of water storage,it was found that cold storage water tank experiment temperature distribution and the range of allowable deviation in the results of numerical simulation,proved that the numerical simulation result has high accuracy.
