As a key factor affecting the efficiency of the hot water storage tank,the water distributor is to study the structure of the water storage tank water distributor and optimize the water distributor structure,which is very important to improve the efficiency of the water storage tank..Based on the study of the porous diffuser tube,which is the basic component of the water distributor,the influence of the flow theory of the porous diffuser tube and the change of the structural size on the static pressure distribution is studied.When the aspect ratio of the porous diffuser tube is 65-80,the static pressure difference changes little.A test bench for studying the uniformity of outflow of porous diffuser tubes was built.Experiments were carried out on porous runoffs with different aspect ratios.It is concluded that with the increase of the aspect ratio of porous diffuser tubes,the uniformity of outflow begins to rise.Then,as the aspect ratio of the porous diffuser increases,the uniformity of the flow begins to decrease.With the outflow uniformity not lower than 0.96 as the standard,it can be seen that the porous diffuser tube has a length to diameter ratio of 65-80 within its variation range.The optimal design method of water distributor is proposed.The corresponding physical model is established by numerical simulation method.The simulation study of the hot water storage tank under different inlet flow rates is carried out.Observing the temperature map of the hot water storage tank,it is found that the distance is water.The near-end or far-end isotherms of the inlet of the device are relatively smooth,indicating that the water discharge uniformity of the water distributor is high.The ramp layer of the hot water tank was analyzed,and the maximum thickness of the ramp layer was within the thickness range of the optimal ramp layer.The performance of the water distributor was verified.Through the water distributor design method and simulation verification results,the water distributor structure used in the hot water storage tank in the project was designed and applied to the actual project,and the hot water storage tank was in good running condition.
