Pressure pipelines and gas cylinders are prone to corrosion and crack defects after long-term operation.These crack defects are prone to expand under working conditions,resulting in the rupture or even explosion of pressure pipelines and gas cylinders,causing huge potential safety hazards and posing a huge threat to the safety of people 's lives and property.To this end,this article explores the basic method of online monitoring technology for the winding of pressure lines and gas cylinders.The basic principle of this technology is: the conductive wire is tightly wound on the outer wall of the pressure line and the gas cylinder,the wound conductive wire forms a loop,and the conductive wire is connected to the node monitoring box.Once the pressure pipeline and the structure of the gas cylinder are dangerously deformed,the deformation causes the conductive wire tightly wound around the pressure pipeline and the outer wall of the gas cylinder to break,and the alarm sends a signal to realize the alarm function.A series of problems related to the relationship between the defect form and size and the amount of deformation,the safety margin after monitoring and alarm,etc.were studied using a combination of computer simulation and experiment.The computer simulation research uses a method based on computer graphics and numerical simulation to establish a geometric model and a physical model suitable for finite element simulation.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used for analysis;in the experimental research process,first,the gas cylinders with different defects are carried out the blasting experiment verified the accuracy of the simulation and the accuracy and reliability of the early warning system.Then,the deformation of the gas cylinder with defects was measured accurately,and the correctness of the deformation laws summarized by the computer simulation were verified.Through computer simulation and experimental research,it can be concluded that in the presence of defects,with the growth of defects,the deformation at the defect site gradually increases,and the calculation of the critical deformation changes shows peaks in two directions;when the length of the defect is small,the amount of deformation at the defect is small,and the calculation of the critical deformation curve only has a peak in one direction,which shows that the structure near the short crack has a significant inhibitory effect on the propagation of the crack,that is,the short crack has a limited influence area and is deformed locally irregular;when the length of the defect is large,the maximum deformation occurs in the center of the defect,and the peak value of the two directions appears in the calculated critical deformation.This shows that when the crack length reaches a certain level,the structure near the crack expands to the middle of the crack.The suppression effect subsides,and the central structure undergoes overall deformation;when the length of the defect reaches a certain level,there is a maximum deformation at the center of the defect,the deformation gradually decreases from the center position along the axial direction,and the deformation from the center position along the ring direction first decreases increase after small;the axial strain value is negative value near the defect,which is related to the internal pressure of the cylinder Under the influence of curvature,the "Expansion Effect" of the free edge of the defect will expand outwards.The experimental law is consistent with computer simulation;within a certain range,the shorter the defect,the greater the safety margin,and the length of the defect exceeds 400 mm.As the defects continue to lengthen,the change in pressure safety margin tends to be stable;the winding explosion-proof for early warning technology of pressure pipeline and cylinder is sensitive and reliable,which can leave a valuable pressure range for safe disposal after early warning.
