| China has the largest population in the world that result in lots of conflicts with the urban land and the overpopulated metropolis. The sunlight ordinances are different to the cities which are located in the same latitude-few the daylight standards of large cities approach the cities and towns. As usual, the indoor sunshine environment which around the people is attribute to the architectural layout and the sunshine spacing. Few the daylight standard of Changchun,Shenyang,Harbin,Heihe,Jiamusi and other northern cities which are situated in the first climatological zone for building approch the national sunlight ordinance. As to the lack of the pertinent theory and study, the targets of our research is to calculate how much the town site will be increased if all the northern cities are forced to conform to the daylight standard. It is demanding to residential quarter to find an optimized balance between comfortable environment and plot ratio either from the view of developer's profit or from the view of economically utilizing land. For these reasons, the main content of the dissertation is to find out how to improve the solar enviornment with the adjustment of architectural layout and architectural type. The study mainly focuses at the different kinds of architectural layout in housing estate. Firstly, we will investigate the present daylight factor, building orientation and sunshine duration of the residential quarter which is representative and make all the sunshine duration of housing estate match the national sunlight ordinance.Secondly, we will deduce the increase of the city size from the changing of the technical economic index and find some conditions that the daylight standards approach the national sunlight ordinance if only the city was kept the same size. Two parts consist of the main content of the research. The first part is to analyzed the solar angle in order to study the indoor sunshine of the residential buildings which are located in Harbin. With analyzing the adjustment of the planning for residential area, the second part is to provide the proper technical economic index such as plot ratio and the architectural layout which are appropriate to the Harbin and study the economical of town site if the daylight standard of residential quarters which are located in Harbin match the national sunlight ordinance. |
