The Research On The Quality Evaluation System Of R&D Personnel In Company A

With the deepening of enterprises' requirements for talents and the continuous upgrading of the talent market,Chinese enterprises have entered a more intense competition environment for talents.Compared with some developed countries,China's talent market is more hierarchical and geographical.According to relevant statistics,in terms of the demand for complex talents,there are a large number of Chinese enterprises that have insufficient talent selection and inadequate talent application.Talent quality evaluation has become one of the most important issues in enterprise talent management.Starting from the related theories of talent quality evaluation system,this paper systematically expounds the theoretical background and evaluation methods of talent quality evaluation.Combined with the specific situation of the R & D personnel of company a,the quality evaluation system of the R & D personnel of the enterprise is deeply studied through the selected analysis methods: literature research,behavior event interview,questionnaire survey and AHP.This paper analyzes the practical problems and development needs in the talent evaluation of the enterprise,and constructs a quality evaluation system suitable for the R & D personnel of the enterprise,including the basic principles,organization system,process system,method system,platform system and management system.Combined with the corresponding theory,it puts forward the key points and feasible guarantee measures for the implementation of the quality evaluation of the R & D personnel of the enterprise.This paper hopes to provide a theoretical basis and practical direction for the construction of talent evaluation system of enterprises through this typical enterprise case.
