| Natural fiber cutting machines are one of the main equipment used in the manufacture of composite materials for use in fiber pretreatment processes.With the rapid development of technology,the demand for high-performance composite materials is increasing,so the performance and requirements of natural fiber cutting equipment are getting higher and higher.Fiber cutting machines developed by foreign developed countries are mostly expensive,and domestically developed products have a large gap with foreign products,especially in terms of cutting quality and equipment stability.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this topic is to develop a new type of natural fiber cutting equipment,in order to better solve the problem of cutting quality and stability of fiber cutting machine.In this paper,the overall scheme and key issues of natural fiber cutting machine are studied and discussed.The research contents and results include:(1)The overall design of the natural fiber cutting machine was carried out.The cutter uses the principle of sliding and labor saving to reduce power loss.According to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of fiber cutting machines,the design scheme of the boring cutter was determined.The working process and principle of the fiber cutting machine were analyzed,and the sliding angle of the cutting blade was tested and analyzed.The design and calculation of the transmission part;in order to meet the economic principle,the structure and auxiliary mechanism of the execution system are analyzed and the main parameters are designed;the design and optimization of the shape parameters of the frame of the fiber cutting machine are carried out.(2)Mechanical analysis and finite element analysis of the execution part of the natural fiber cutting machine provides a reliable theoretical basis for the overall design of the research program.(3)Using Solid works software to design the mechanism of the natural fiber cutting machine,using virtual assembly;finite element analysis of the main force components,verifying the feasibility of the structural design of the fiber cutting machine;using Solid works The simulation module simulates the cutting process,and the simulation results verify the rationality of the design.Through the experiment and data analysis of the cutter sliding theory,the cutting quality of the fiber cutting machine is improved,the disadvantages of the product quality are not overcome,and the research content is innovative.In the research process,the virtual design and finite element analysis are used.Such modern design methods combine the mechanical design with the modern design method to improve the stability of the equipment;the research results have important significance for the further research and application of related products. |
