The 635 MPa grade hot-rolled ribbed high-strength steel bar is a new type of construction metal material with high strength,good ductility,obvious flow amplitude and yield point.Its application in practical engineering can better meet the needs of modern resource-saving and environment-friendly society.At present,there is no clear regulation on its application in components and structures in our country.The current related research results show that the low strength concrete in using high strength reinforced cannot give full play to its mechanical properties,high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete instead of normal concrete in this paper,therefore,the configuration of 635 MPa grade hot rolled high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete short column reinforced constraints on the mechanical properties under axial compression and bias related experimental research,research methods and related calculation,The specific research contents and results are as follows:(1)Eleven steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)short columns equipped with635 MPa high strength reinforcement were designed for axial compression performance test.According to the test results,the mechanical characteristics and failure modes of SFRC short columns under axial compression were obtained,and the mechanical characteristics of SFRC short columns under different parameters such as steel fiber content,SFRC strength and volume stirrup ratio were analyzed.The safety of the test results is verified by calculating the bearing capacity of the axial compression short column with existing codes.(2)Eight steel fiber reinforced concrete short columns equipped with 635 MPa high strength reinforcement were designed to conduct bias test,analyses the eccentricity ratio and steel fiber content on the failure mode,Column height(h)--Lateral deflection(f)curves,Load(N)--Lateral deflection(f)curves and load(N)--strain(ε)curves and the effect of The applicability of the plane section assumption to the bias short column of 635 MPa grade hot rolled steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)with ribbed high strength reinforcement is verified,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the bias short column is compared with existing codes.(3)In this chapter,based on the axial compression performance test of 635 MPa grade hot rolled high-strength steel fiber reinforced concrete column with rib,the refined finite element model under axial compression load is established by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The influence of key parameters on the mechanical properties of SFRC,such as strength,ratio of longitudinal reinforcement,longitudinal reinforcement strength,volume stirrup ratio,stirrup strength,height-width ratio and steel fiber content,is systematically analyzed.The mechanical mechanism of SFRC short column with rib of 635 MPa grade was obtained.Finally,the calculation formula of axial compression capacity of 635 MPa grade hot rolled ribbed high-strength steel fiber reinforced concrete short column is proposed.(4)In this chapter,based on the bias performance test of 635 MPa grade hot rolled high-strength steel fiber reinforced concrete column with ribbed,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the refined finite element model under the bias load.The influence of key parameters such as eccentricity,steel fiber concrete strength,longitudinal reinforcement ratio,longitudinal reinforcement strength,volume stirrup ratio,stirrup strength,height-width ratio and steel fiber content on its mechanical properties was systematically analyzed.The mechanical mechanism of SFRC short column with rib of 635 MPa grade was obtained.Finally,the calculation formula of bias bearing capacity of 635 MPa grade hot rolled ribbed high-strength steel fiber reinforced concrete short column is proposd.
