Spatial Distribution Characteristics Of Urban Health Resources And Planning Responses Based On Community Scale

Urban health resources are the basic guarantee facilities of a city,which are closely related to the people's living standard.The spatial distribution of health resources is of great significance to meet the daily needs of residents,make rational use of resources,exert the Labor potential of residents,and build a harmonious and healthy city life.At present,the research on the distribution of health resources is not only of positive significance,but also of urgency to the public health and urban health.Based on the research of GIS software on facility layout at home and abroad,the present situation of health resources in Nanchang was analyzed by kernel density estimation,analytic hierarchy process and GIS spatial model,this paper analyzes the spatial differentiation of community health resources,the accessibility between health resources and population,and the relationship between supply and demand,on this basis,the main influencing factors and measures for the adjustment and optimization of health resources distribution in the central city of Nanchang were put forward.The results showed that the spatial distribution of health resources in Nanchang was uneven,and the distribution of health resources had the characteristics of center-periphery layer.Secondly,the uneven coverage of its resources,the need for a certain combination of policy and market to guide the comb,to achieve a balanced layout.In terms of community's ability to access resources,there is also an uneven phenomenon of community's ability to access all kinds of resources,which should be based on the principles of balance,efficiency,accessibility and equity,to achieve a balanced distribution of health resources through scientific planning and decision-making.This research is divided into four parts: the first part is the first chapter and the second chapter,which mainly discusses the theoretical basis of the research and puts forward the research background,research significance,research methods and ideas,etc.,on this basis,the author puts forward the theory of public facilities location and community life circle,and the related theory review of research progress at home and abroad.The second part is the third chapter and the Fourth Chapter.First,the paper describes the research status and the research methods,and analyzes the characteristics of the nuclear density and the spatial quantity distribution in the central city of Nanchang,then,the index system of community and healthy city evaluation and community health resources evaluation is constructed,and the results are analyzed and visualized by GIS to evaluate the existing resources distribution in Nanchang.The third part is the fifth chapter,through the analysis of the influencing factors of health resources in the central city of Nanchang Nanchang,we get the influencing factors of the distribution of health resources in Nanchang,the GIS model was used to optimize the distribution of health resources in the central city of Nanchang.The fourth part is the sixth chapter,which is the main conclusion and prospect of the study on health resources in Nanchang central city.
