Fan economy featuring fans-dominated consumption is a new economic phenomenon that has emerged owing to the development of pop music and cultural entertainment industry.Its influence on the cultural creation industry has also begun to show initial sign of growth.Studying how to develop cultural and creative products under the business form of fan economy possesses a certain value from the perspective of cultural and economic development.This thesis adopts the research method integrating theories with practice.Firstly,the thesis starts from the time background and project research status of the fan cultural business form,sorts out relevant definitions of fan culture and fan economy,and analyzes the value and significance of fan culture to the development of cultural and creative product development.Secondly,the thesis analyzes and summarizes the cultural products developed from the case Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,thereby arriving at the design strategy and models that serve as the reference in the development of cultural and creative products under the fan cultural business form.Thirdly,this thesis offers thematic development and design on cultural and creative products in the form of design practice based on the development thinking and model under the fan cultural business form.In this practice process,the thesis summarizes the specific ways to extract and apply design elements based on fan culture.Finally,the thesis analyzes and summarizes this research and provides reference for other cultural and creative product developers under the fan cultural business form.As for the development of cultural creative products under the fan economy business form,the key lies in mastering the preference and aesthetic interest of the fans.However,we should not blindly cater to their needs.Designers could add some thoughts and appropriate guidance to help fan groups obtain healthier and upward future development while boosting the sustainable development of the cultural and creative industry.
