Since my country's development requires the construction of many transportation pipelines,many of which need to pass through rivers,so these pipelines are buried in the underwater position of the river.The natural environment of pipelines buried under river channels is more complicated than those under land,so it is not easy to quickly detect the damage of underwater pipelines,which makes regular inspection and maintenance a major problem.Damage to the pipeline will directly lead to leakage accidents,which is likely to pose a personal threat to the residents living around the pipeline.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out regular inspection and maintenance of the underwater pipeline after the burial is completed.It is necessary to verify the actual status of the underwater pipeline under the river and to clarify the position of the pipeline under the water,which is convenient for regular maintenance of the underwater pipeline later.This article first introduces the principle of electromagnetic detection and gives the circuit implementation plan.For the purpose of generating and receiving electromagnetic signals,the entire underwater crossing pipeline detection circuit is designed,and the application circuit of the river crossing pipeline is studied.This subject is based on the necessary theoretical analysis,supplemented by corresponding circuit simulation,and finally realizes the specific circuit function.The design difficulty of this course is to meet the requirements of test accuracy and achieve stable collection of weak signals in a large range.In this paper,the overall block diagram of the circuit is given first,and then the specific design method of each functional module is described in detail in subsections according to the direction of the signal.Simultaneous circuit diagrams,simulation results,and specific circuit schematic diagrams are also given.This course is designed to study the detection circuit system of underwater crossing pipelines.The main research purpose is to measure the specific locations where the pipelines exist underwater.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test and improve the anti-interference ability,very low voltage noise chips are used in this detection circuit.In order to effectively realize the collection of large-scale dynamic small signals by the receiving circuit,it is necessary to follow strict timing to collect the received signals,so the main control chip selects a non-volatile,low-power,high-flexibility FPGA chip.Subsequently,in this article,the design method based on FPGA control module in this topic is given in subsections,and the design idea of linear sequence machine is used to realize the design of the control module drive module,and these drive modules are proved by simulation.The correctness of the design.Finally,through the simulated test environment built,the entire detection circuit system was tested.The test results proved that the system performance is reliable and stable,the preset functions can be basically achieved,and the various indicators of the circuit have reached the expected requirements.
