Programmable Logic Gate Array(FPGA)has shown a rapid development trend in recent years,especially in the era of artificial intelligence,which greatly promotes the development of FPGA.With its advantages of light weight,parallel computing,programmability and low power consumption,it has penetrated into the use of all walks of life.In the field of traditional communication,the use of FPGA in data transmission and data processing of high-speed interface is very mature.The application in image acceleration is the hotspot and mainstream of current development of FPGA,such as image and video processing based on FPGA,cloud computing acceleration,deep learning convolutional neural network acceleration and so on.In the future,such as terahertz,the field of emerging technology,FPGA will also play its unique role.In the first part of this paper,the application of FPGA in the acceleration of target detection in hyperspectral images is first attempted.On the basis of introducing the related theory of target detection algorithm in hyperspectral images,the difficulties and data preprocessing problems of this algorithm in the implementation of FPGA are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are given.Then,the optimization space of the proposed system is analyzed,and a new time-series logic mechanism is introduced.The CRD algorithm acceleration system for target detection in hyperspectral images is rebuilt.The experimental results show that the processing speed of our new system is nearly three times as fast as that of the previous system,and is much higher than that of CPU.In the second part of this paper,we try to combine the FPGA with the emerging technology terahertz,introduce the background and theoretical basis of the programmable intelligent control of terahertz metamaterial electromagnetic induced transparency,and analyze the key of the combination of the FPGA and terahertz metamaterial control:electrically controlled terahertz metamaterial.On this basis,the idea of electromagnetic induced transparency of electronically controlled terahertz metamaterials is proposed for the first time.After the realization of electronic control,we combine electricity with FPGA to model the intelligent control of terahertz metamaterial electromagnetic induced transparency by FPGA.The model proposed by us is of great significance for further realizing the intelligence of terahertz devices.
