Abstract/Summary:
With the implementation of the IMO Tier III emission standard,the technical requirements for marine diesel engines have also increased.The high-pressure common rail electronic fuel injection technology with electro-hydraulic control mode has gradually developed into the technical core of marine low-speed diesel engines.However,the products of foreign diesel engine companies have occupied the domestic market,and the domestic research on important components of marine low-speed diesel engine fuel system is still in the initial stage.Professional and high-performance test platform can provide important guidance for product development and accelerate the development process of key components of fuel system.Based on this,a set of highperformance measurement and control system is developed for the electronic fuel injection system of marine low-speed machine and the performance test bench of its key components.The primary research of this thesis is as follows:(1)The performance evaluation index requirements of low-speed engine fuel system and its key components are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the testbed is completed.Combined with the structure,working principle and design function of the test-bed,the core monitoring points aiming at injector performance and the auxiliary monitoring points aiming at the running status of the test-bed are determined respectively.Referring to the working environment of the fuel system,considering the function,stability,economy,compatibility and extensibility of the software system of the test-bed measurement and control system,the hardware of the measurement and control system is selected and designed.(2)According to the functional requirements of the test and control system of the test bench,the overall software architecture of the measurement and control system is designed.For the performance test of the injector,the LabVIEW master program was designed,and the real-time data display,data storage,data playback,data analysis and other functions were realized by state machine and "producer-consumer" as the main design mode;Monitoring and control of the running status of the station,designed a PLC-based test bench auxiliary test system,which realizes the functions of switching quantity and analog quantity acquisition,speed measurement,oil quantity intelligent weighing,state comprehensive detection and alarm.(3)Aiming at the problem of rail pressure fluctuation in high-pressure common rail system,a rail pressure control model is established by using the software of MatlabSimulink.The effect of rail pressure control is studied by using traditional PID and fuzzy adaptive PID control methods respectively.The simulation results show that the response speed of fuzzy adaptive PID is faster than that of traditional PID,the overshoot is smaller,and the control effect is better.(4)The main functions of the measurement and control system are validated in two aspects through the comparison and verification of single channel input and output and the synchronous acquisition and test on the test bench.On the oil injector test bench,the designed fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm is validated experimentally,which proves that the algorithm has excellent control effect.
