At present,our country has entered a new economic era,enterprises no longer rely on material capital as before to maintain the competitiveness of enterprises,with the rise of human capital,the contribution of human capital to the economic growth of enterprises is increasing.Market competition has become the competition of talents,human capital is an important factor to improve the efficiency of enterprises.Midea,as a leader in the home appliance industry,acquired Little Swan in 2018 and has maintained good sales since then,which is inseparable from its high quality talents,that is,having good human capital.Therefore,this paper takes Midea Group Company as an example to analyze the human capital and enterprises of the company The present situation of industry financial performance,explore the relationship between the two,and then put forward scientific management suggestions to further promote the financial performance of Midea and similar enterprises to provide reference.Through summarizing and combing the relevant literature,it is found that the related research on human capital and enterprise financial performance is mostly empirical research,generally to a certain industry to study,the selection of indicators is relatively single,and the method is single.Therefore,this paper selects Midea,which attaches great importance to human capital at present,to carry on the analysis,and according to the national conditions of our country,selects 14 indexes from the four abilities of enterprise profitability,development ability,operating ability and solvency to reflect the financial situation of enterprises,and uses factor analysis method to calculate the comprehensive performance of enterprises,which makes the results of data analysis more scientific and reasonable,and improves human capital and enterprise finance credibility of service performance relationships.This paper first defines the basic theory and analyzes four theoretical bases:principal-agent theory,resource-based theory,human capital theory and enterprise financial performance difference core competence theory.A case study of Midea followed by a six-year study period from 2013 to 2018 in which the stock of human capital,the per capita training fee,the per capita salary of the staff and the average age of the as indicators to evaluatehuman capital,while 14 financial evaluation indicators were selected to reflect the financial performance of the enterprise in terms of profitability,solvency,operating capacity and development capacity.Yes According to the industry data standard of enterprise financial performance,27 listed companies in home appliance industry were selected to calculate their14 evaluation indexes,and then the comprehensive performance index was obtained by using SPSS22.0 factor analysis.Then we analyze the correlation between human capital and financial performance of Midea,and draw the conclusion that the proportion of highly educated employees to total employees,the per capita training fee,the per capita salary of employees and the average age of executives are all positively related to the financial performance of the enterprise.Finally,the research conclusions and the problems found in the analysis process,put forward to the enterprise to build a people-oriented corporate culture;introduce high-quality human capital;strengthen the education and training of enterprise employees;establish and improve the enterprise human management and incentive system and other corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the selection of 14 financial indicators to represent the financial performance of enterprises,compared with the previous scholars to analyze the financial performance of enterprises more comprehensive and accurate,using the case study method combined with factor analysis method for correlation analysis,more persuasive than a simple theoretical analysis.This paper has a certain novelty in case selection,index selection and analysis methods,and the conclusion is of certain reference value to the enterprises in this industry.
