At present,with the rapid development of China's economy,the medical device industry has made some achievements,and the medical device enterprises have developed rapidly.The government has also provided great support for the development of the medical device industry and issued many preferential policies,such as giving priority to the purchase of domestic medical device products in the bidding.At the same time,with the continuous development of China's economic and technological level,many favorable conditions have been provided for the development of the medical device industry.However,China's medical device industry is still facing the dilemma of late development and relatively backward technical level.Compared with many foreign medical device manufacturing enterprises,China's medical device enterprises are still facing great competitive pressure.Therefore,the development of medical device enterprises in China needs to pay more attention to the management of financial risks,and strengthen the identification,evaluation and control of financial risks.Based on the theory of financial risk management,BY medical device company is selected to study financial risk management.First of all,this thesis analyzes the financial risk status,financial risk management status and financial risk management problems of BY medical device company,including the weak financial risk management awareness of the management,the lack of a special financial risk management department,and the operation process of financial risk management procedure needs to be improved.Then we use the financial statement analysis method to identify the main financial risks of the company,and analyze the causes of financial risks from the internal and external aspects.Then use AHP to evaluate the three main factors that affect the financial risk of BY medical device company,which are the turnover rate of accounts receivable,the net sales interest rate and the asset cash recovery rate.In order to strengthen the management of cash flow,this thesis sets up the standard of cash flow when constructing the financial risk evaluation index of BY medical device company.Finally,according to the problems in financial risk management of BY medical device company and the causes of financial risk,the thesis puts forward targeted control measures.In this thesis,the study on financial risk management of BY medical device company is conducive to promoting the company to do a good job in financial risk management,and also provides some reference for other enterprises in the medical device industry to carry out financial risk management.
