With the environmental changes in the domestic economy and the saturation of the automobile sales market,the vehicle sales business that the traditional automobile group relies on will gradually slow down the growth and even enter the stage of negative growth.In the current market environment,it is necessary for the auto group to transform from a “car manufacturer” to a “service provider”.In the process of transformation,the automobile group needs to pay attention to the development of payment accounts,rely on payment accounts,open up various business data and resources,realize business construction in its own new scene,and build a car travel ecosystem.In the transformation of the S group,it is necessary to maintain high-frequency contact with the customer to perceive the customer and understand the customer's needs.However,in the original 4S shop and business model,the S group has fewer opportunities to directly contact customers.The S group needs to explore new business scenarios for cars that can be in high-frequency contact with customers,so the group can accumulate data,draw customer portraits,and providing customers with better services while developing their own businesses.At the same time,in the process of developing new business,it is necessary to have a carrier to participate in the new business of the S group,to join the business and serve as a collection and retention of data resources,become the bridge to connect new businesses.In recent years,the rapid development of payment and account business has made the payment account business the most suitable carrier to achieve the above functional goals.Through the analysis with the transformation opportunities of the S group and the construction of the travel ecosystem,this paper explores the new business scenarios in the automobile ecosystem and analyzes the important role that payment accounts play in the travel ecosystem and new scenarios.Combined with case studies,it points out the value and significance of the payment account to the S group.In addition,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the S group to develop the payment account through the advantages and disadvantages and PEST analysis,and finally gives the plan and strategy of the S group to develop the payment account based on the analysis of the full text.
